The Manufacturing Excellence Finland (MEX Finland) ecosystem is a national ecosystem supporting the growth and internationalization of manufacturing companies in Finland. The ecosystem is strongly supported by Business Finland and other Finnish institutions. The role of MEX Finland is to further increase the attractiveness of the manufacturing sector as an employer, as a platform for innovation, and as a sector wherein to invest.

The manufacturing industry faces increased demands on integrating complex systems integrating both mechanical and digital components. MEX Finland provides architectures and collaboration practices to enable such collaboration.

The changing demands of customers are driven by digitalization. This enables new forms of dialogues with customers and customers’ customers. MEX Finland connects its members with new potential customers domestically and internationally.
